Health and Fitness

Today we produce plastic components and assemblies for one of the largest fitness equipment manufacturers in the world.  We run a variety of engineered resins utilizing both standard injection and over-molded components.  We serve our customer through a supplier managed inventory program, keeping inventory levels low and inventory turns high.

Medical

Many projects we run today require an enormous amount of up-front engineering and process development.  Our mission is to help our customers be successful.  We provide support in materials selection, as well as testing and validation, to insure the manufacturing and assembly process is robust and repeatable.  We utilize our outside resources of local expert tool makers, our vast knowledge of capabilities, including sheet metal stampings and challenging bonding applications, to do it right the first time.  The result is a streamlined, single piece flow assembly of multiple insert molded and bonded components.   

Agricultural

With our plant so close to the agricultural fields of the Palouse, we are proud to have customers who support this important industry.  Today we support a proprietary manufacturer providing aftermarket kits for Agricultural equipment.  After testing materials, validating and modifying tools for optimum process capability, we have created a partner and very satisfied customer.  Today our customer faxes orders and we ship kits all over the world within 24 hours of order receipt.

Commercial

We service customers in the electronics, appliance, industrial and consumer product industries.  Whether we over mold circuit boards, or run optically clear lenses using film insert molding technologies, our team can help you.

Military/Defense

We service customers today manufacturing ammunition carriers, rifle components and support projects which we can’t discuss.  We process a wide range of engineered resins, in applications which range from low volume, high mix runs to completely automated applications.  We are uniquely qualified to meet your needs.
